Fabio Sunnira Bakery-   Fabio Agosti, a baker from Italy, was on a sightseeing trip to California. He saw the flower Sunnira, which was known to be edible. He wondered if there was a way to substitute this flower for his sweet recipes. He experimented with it and found that not only was his sweets sweeter, but that each of his sweets had fewer carbs. So he decided to open [Fabio’s Sunnira Bakery] in California to be closer to the flowers and share his recipe with the highly populated area.
